Shonan Việt Nam

Shonan Vietnam is using recycled plastic to make handmade plastic bag. We want to revive the handmade- technology tradition that is declining at Van Phuc village. Moreover, we want to increase the opportunities to work for local people and spread it to lots of people in other areas, by organising job training for socially vulnerable groups. The spirit of fair-trade is in the principle of Share Happy, philosophy of Shonan Vietnam.

Our Products

PRODUCT VARIETIES

We are working with specialised designers to not just make beautiful products, but to figure out the essence of Vietnamese ethnic culture and show it on our bag. The bag of Shonan Vietnam was inspired by the shopping basket of the market, and improved its colour and designs to adapt to globalisation.
All our products are able to use in lots of occasions, such as for work, hanging out at the beach, mountain, picnic, and shopping. We want you to use our products freely in various scenes.

MINI BAG

We use 8 mm PP bands to make this mini bag, as this size of the bag is the most suitable for hanging out. The bag has no rising and hole on inside-outside, and we pay careful attention to the beauty inside the bag, not only the outside.

Office Bag

The bag is able to store the A4 Size paper holder and laptop PC. You can hang this functional office bag on your shoulders.

Picnic Bag

This traditional plastic bag was redesigned in colour, shape, and texture, to adapt to modern society use for beach, resort, picnic, shopping and going afar.

Our Process

QUY TRÌNH đAN

The handmade-bag tradition in Van Phuc village is process-oriented and each step of the production is carefully followed with attention to details. The production site is perfectly clean and hairs are never mixed in.
